Bought as a working, but requires fixing laptop. I found a help blog where someone wrote that the same thing happened to them after they downloaded Itunes and that uninstalling it fixed the problem.

Also, it shows a Code 10 error. It did not work. I will attempt to uninstall and download again from the Toshiba site. This site in other languages x.
